I forgot my password? How do I reset my password?

STEP 1:


Go to the WiseCentral Platform. you can click on this link https://ai.wiselywise.com/

 

STEP 2 :


Click on Sign In link in the Top Menu


STEP 3:


A new window will open as in the image below. please fill in the details.



STEP 4 :


Click on the Forgot password link as in the image below



STEP 5 :


You should see the message as in the image below. Enter your email in the field and press Submit button



STEP 6:


You will get a confirmation message as below




STEP 7:


You will automatically get an email from the WiseCentral platform as below. 




STEP 8 :


Click on the <change my password> link in the email . this will open a new window as in image below. Enter your new password and confirm it again. then click on change my password button.



STEP 9 :


If you have entered everything correctly, you will be logged in immediately. you can now start using the new password for all future login into WiseCentral
